These terms apply to use of hospitalpentest.com, operated by Atlant Security at Svoboda 27-69, Sofia 1231, Bulgaria, VAT BG205426422. The site is intended to provide information to organisations considering a penetration testing engagement.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or send confidential information you are not authorised to disclose.

An enquiry is not an engagement

Website information and form submissions do not create a testing mandate, service contract or regulatory assurance. Any engagement requires agreed terms, fees, scope, permissions, confidentiality arrangements and rules of engagement.

No visitor is authorised to test this site or any other system by reading these pages. See the security contact page if you wish to report a suspected issue.

Use of information

We aim to make information accurate and useful, but regulations, guidance and facts can change. Summaries are not legal advice or a substitute for the official text and the relevant authority’s requirements. Do not rely on a general guide alone to determine your obligation or test scope.

The Hospital AG sample report is a fictional educational case study published by Atlant Security. Its systems, participants, evidence and results are invented. You may download and share an unchanged copy internally for evaluation; preserve its attribution and fictional-scenario notices. It is not a client report, regulatory attestation, legal opinion or authority to test systems. The site may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or overrides mandatory statutory rights. Liability and warranties for paid services are addressed in the separate engagement agreement.

Links and intellectual property

You may link to publicly available pages and use normal browser functions to read or print them. Respect applicable intellectual property rights when reproducing material. Third-party links are provided for context and do not create control over those services.
